Join us for a special pilates & yoga fusion class for Mental Health Awareness month! Like all of our classes, you'll experience creative athletic movement for a challenging workout.
We may use a multitude of props during class. But don't worry! If you don't have props you can still take any class without them. Check out our FAQ section for a list of props.
Our classes are “pay what you can”. All proceeds are directly given to the charity of the month. You may donate before or after your class.
